Working closely with Data Center customers. Providing them active troubleshooting support on the issues that they encounter in their Data-Center environment on a daily basis. As a part of my job, it requires me to actively work with Development/Software teams on escalations thereby enhancing my knowledge in the field of hardware platform and Arista EOS.

    FireEye endpoint security software works on a wide range of OSs that are used in an enterprise environment. These span the range of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. There is a constant need to create new images. Goal to create an automation system for OS Template Creation Flow as follows:

    • Automate the creation of base OS images from release versions
    • Automate the update of previously created template images
    • Automated configuration of the OS images to create production ready templates
